Vail Mountain + Donovan’s Pavillion // Matt + Emily

These two are now expecting a little one… so I figure maybe I should get around blogging their STUNNING mountain wedding! Matt + Emily got ready in Beaver Creek at some beautiful locations that gave off all of those ski town vibes! After doing a first look in the back yard of one of the houses we jumped in the cars and headed up the gondola to the top of Vail Mountain! This view is something else, I tell ya! Every time I make my way up to the top of it, it stops me in my tracks! Not to mention it’s a pretty dang good backdrop for some photos!
The ceremony and reception took place at Donovan’s Pavilion down in Vail. It’s simple yet elegant feel provides the perfect space to make a wedding yours. I loved the vibe that Emily + Matt chose! The greenery was simple and beautiful and the light coming in from the windows gave everything that perfect mountain air feel!
Let’s talk about Emily’s dress. HOLY MOLY was it on point! It fit her perfectly and she looked like that wedding day goddess that every lady dreams of being on their wedding day! Not many could pull that beauty off but man oh man did she!
The night ended with a whole bunch of fun stories about these two and their competitive sides, some delicious donuts and a good time on the dance floor!
