I love, love to travel and have done so for many weddings and sessions! For travel, I charge the basic extra costs; flight, stay and transportation! I'm based right outside of Bozeman, Montana, so that's where I'll be coming from. If you're just a drive away, I do charge travel for sessions and weddings that are further than 60 miles one way.
For booking, I take care of the booking my own flight and transportation and will send over an invoice for reimbursement! I can also take care of booking my own place to stay, but if you have rooms blocked somewhere and would rather take care of it on your own that should be just fine!

Each wedding and engagement session is so very different that it's hard to put an exact number on what you'll get! Especially because I will never hide any of the good stuff from you! Promise! I do go through and weed out the duplicates, the blinks, the blurs and anything that just doesn't make the cut!
I usually say that you'll receive about 100 images per hour that I'm hanging out with you.
For an engagement session, plan on receiving around 100 edited images in your gallery!

Each couple has their own personal gallery! Here you'll find all of your images from your session and/or wedding day and they will all be available to download straight to your computer in different formats, such as web-sized and high resolution!
In this gallery, you'll find a link to your \"shop\" where you can put together your own print packages (for an additional cost) and can choose from many different options, including wall calendars, deckled prints, canvases and more! We can also work together to build an amazing heirloom album! (check out the info below!)

First of all, head on over to the \"get in touch\" page and let's make sure that I'm available for your date! Fingers crossed that I am!
Once we get a date nailed down, I ask for a \"save the date\" deposit of $1000. I'll also send over a contract that has all of the legal goods on it. Get the deposit sent my way and the contract signed and we'll be good to go for your day!
The final balance will be due one month before your wedding date. If it is an engagement session, the final balance will be due one week before the session!

Nope, I sure don't! The editing process has been an art in the making for the past 11 years that I've been doing this. It's all part of the process and I'm hoping that you're choosing me because you like my eye for photography and enjoy the way that I edit!

You can expect to see some \"sneak peeks\" from your wedding or session within 48 hours! I get antsy to go through and edit some and I know that you're antsy to see how they turned out... so I make sure to get these sneaks to you!
For a wedding gallery, the final delivery is about 8 weeks after your date! For an engagement session, you can plan on receiving your full gallery in about 3 weeks. There is no better feeling than sending your full gallery to you, and I always wish that I could be a fly on the wall when you receive it!

Yes, I will! I have a \"wedding day details\" questionnaire that I'll send over that has questions on it that will help me get a better feel for your wedding day! I also like to jump on the phone with you, or grab some coffee to chat more about what exactly you're looking for! We'll work with each other to put together a photo timeline for the day and make sure that all of our bases are covered!

I also can help find any vendors that you may need that will make your time perfect! Well, engagement sessions are my absolute favorite sessions and they're a ton of fun! And it's also a good chance for us to get to know one another and to get you in front of a camera! But, I understand that sometimes an engagement session isn't needed! If that's the case, the engagement session can be switched out for an additional hour of coverage on your wedding day, or it can be put towards travel fees if those apply! It can also be put towards the rehearsal dinner coverage add on if availability allows! It may not be discounted off of the collection price, only swapped out for the other options!
