A Big Sky Wedding at Lone Mountain Ranch!
A Montana winter elopement!
Lewis + Valbona jumped on a plane to Bozeman and headed this way to celebrate their love! They chose one of my very favorite spots for their celebration, Lone Mountain Ranch! This place screams Montana and is a stunning location for a Big Sky wedding! The snow was magical! When you get here it’s like you’re in a Montana winter wonderland full of all things wonderful and carefree! We were surrounded by snow-covered trees, beautiful cabins that nestle in perfectly, views for days, horses that love to nibble wedding flowers and activities that most only dream about!
The time that I got to spend with them was simple and laid back in all of the right ways! I came right after their private ceremony (just the two of them!) and made it in time for some cake! Lewis + Valbona ditched their dress shoes, stuck on their snow boots and we headed up the mountain to take a look at the Big Sky views that never disappoint! I suggested doing some photos around their little honeymoon cabin, and I’m so glad that they were up for it… they’re definitely some of my favorite shots! And I hope that it’s fun for them to be able to show their friends and family a little more detail about where they stayed.
While we were cruising around the ranch, I asked Lewis + Valbona why they decided on doing a Montana elopement! They had been engaged for a little while and just never really settled on any plans. They had only thought about an elopement a bit until they found Lone Mountain Ranch and the elopement packages that they offer! I guess that their packages are pretty dang good because these two went ahead and jumped on a plane to Bozeman!
Be sure to make your way to the end because where we ended was with the horses! And they couldn’t help but to try and snag some of Lewis’ boutonniere for an afternoon snack!
