I took off towards the Black Forest to meet Skip and Maddie for their maternity session this past fall and it ended up being a perfect evening. Maddie has always been someone that I look to for fashion inspo… so I knew they’d be looking good! Burnt orange + Free People just happen to be two of my favorite things, so I immediately fell in love with what she had decided to wear! Maddie killin’ the fashion game… again!
They brought their two little black labs, Daisy and Beretta along with them! You’ll see how much fun they had when you get to the bottom of the post! Maddie ended up getting wet with them and those ended up being some of my favorite photos from our shoot!
Skip and Maddie also decided to bring along a pink smoke bomb to represent their little girl Della whom they welcomed into the world not long after our session! (Who I can’t wait to meet!) It was my first time shooting with photobombs and we had a bit of a learning experience (oh hey wind!) but it was definitely fun and added a whole other element to their images!
